I recently stayed at the centrally located business hotel in Naha. The room was comfortable and clean with good service. I requested more pillows and a weighing scale from the amenities menu, which was very convenient. The hotel is just a short walk to the vibrant Kokusaidori shopping street and Makishi public market. The ground floor lounge had excellent service and live music, creating a great atmosphere. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and fully-equipped with modern amenities, including coffee-making facilities and a comfortable seating area. The bathroom is especially impressive, with a separate shower, oversized bathtub and complete toiletries. The service is truly impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure all guests have an unforgettable stay. Breakfast is a real highlight, with a wide range of delicious Western and Japanese options.
One minor downside is the busy lobby due to the high popularity of this hotel among tour buses.

We spent our New Year's holiday in a hotel with fantastic complementary gifts for our anniversary, and a comfortable room. The location was ideal for walking to the city center and visiting Okinawa's finest restaurants. We were able to explore the nearby shops and attractions with ease!
There were a few drawbacks to our stay at the hotel. The receptionist had difficulty communicating with us in English, and we had trouble navigating the hotel on occasion.
-
Graeme
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city by foot with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff spoke good English and went above and beyond to assist me when I needed help. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The gym also had great shower facilities even after check-out.
Everything was fantastic.

Dennis
The hotel was clean, had great views, and offered a variety of delicious food. It was located close to a popular shopping street and had easy access to local eateries. the room was spacious and comfortable.
The staff could improve their English skills, as there was an incident where we were given incorrect information about the location of an island and ended up having to waste time and money. Some staff members were also unhelpful when asked for information about a restaurant's location.
